I personally didn’t care for it. The taste for me was hard to get down. I didn’t even drink the whole thing. So, to be able to review if it helps or not I can’t do, because I couldn’t stomach the taste to get that far. 😢

Not my fave. It's not horrible if you're mowing the yard and chug it in a sense because you're thirsty in 16oz bottle. I've tried it after a lake day and in 40oz bottle and it makes me queezy. Nothing has topped the trim fit very berry flavor!

I liked the lemon lime hydrate, but I LOVE the strawberry lemonade!

This is the best electrolytes I have ever purchased. The strawberry lemonade flavor is so refreshing. I use it every morning with the trim fit. I hope they keep this flavor forever.

Not a fan of the flavor profile with this one. I have not tried the lemon/lime. While I enjoy the flavor of the Control, this one is different. There seems to be a "fizz" aspect that I'm not liking.

It has a bad after taste. I am mixing with trim fit to get it down. I am not able to drink it alone like other drink packets.

They taste great took time to get used to the texture but really great product.
