Our products ship Monday through Friday. Orders that are placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship the following business day. 

Our promotions are a fun way to help you explore new products and celebrate new members joining the Yū community!

Here’s how they work: 

• Promotions only apply to new standalone orders and/or new subscriptions placed during the specified promotional period.
• Existing subscriptions are not eligible for promotional pricing or offers. 
• Once a promotion ends, regular pricing and subscription rates will automatically resume. 
• If a promotion includes a free product, it’s a one-time gift and won't be included in future subscription deliveries. 

Already subscribed but want to take advantage of a promotion? Go for it! You can easily reschedule your subscription to take advantage of limited-time offers.

Most of our products are gluten-free. For specific ingredients and nutrition details, please check the individual product pages.

All of our products are manufactured in world class facilitates with some of the largest companies and suppliers in the world. All manufactures are FDA certified, CGMP certified, including all other required certifications with regular audits and reviews from outside government agencies including the FDA.

In addition, our products all have been thoroughly tested before launch and before leaving our manufacturing plant which includes micro reviews, certificate of analysis, certificate of free sale, internal manufacturing tests and third-party testing. Our ingredients and our final products are both third-party tested. Each ingredient is inspected goes through an extensive QA process at the time of harvest and processing. Once these ingredients arrive at our manufacturer, they are third-party tested again prior to blending our final formulations. After the final product is manufactured, that product is sent to a 3rd party laboratory that is both certified by the FDA and the Department of Agriculture.

Because these test results include proprietary information including ingredients and formula they are not something that is shared with customers. We maintain and are committed to providing the highest quality and safest products on the market.

Good news–many of our products are safe to enjoy during pregnancy! We always encourage expecting mothers to be mindful of their bodies' unique sensitivities, especially to ingredients such as caffeine.

If you’re not satisfied with your first sampling of any product, you’re eligible for a return within 30 days from the date of purchase. Your refund will include a full refund of the purchase price, minus any shipping and a $3 return processing fee. 

If it’s not your first time trying a product, we accept returns on your last two orders, as long as the items are unopened, undamaged, and have at least 6 months before expiration. These returns qualify for a refund of the product price, minus any shipping, and a 15% return processing fee. 

Please note: 

• Sales tools (such as bottles, mixers, jars, and sample packs) are not eligible for return. 
• Customers who wish to return any Yū products for a refund must do so at their own expense, as we are unable to provide return labels.

Managing Your Subscriptions

• You can easily manage, update, reschedule, and adjust your product choice on your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
• If you need help updating or cancelling your subscription, please email us at support@beautifulyu.com at least 3 days before your next charge date. This gives us enough time to process your request before your order ships. 
• If your subscription isn’t cancelled before it renews, it will be processed as scheduled and fall under our return policy.
