It tastes very good. I have really good results without feeling as hungry if I drink it all at once. It did make me a lot gassy, but it did help with cravings.

Just tastes like sugar water, no flavor at all. Would have given it zero stars if you could. Added some Trim Fit lemon and real lemon juice to cut the awful sweetness. Sadly, a total waste of money.

Love Aloha Twist Control! Curbs your appetite and gives you fiber. Personally I like the flavor WAY more than the Strawberry Lemonade (it's too sweet for me.)
