FullFeel Fiber Blend

Proven to stimulate GLP-1 (Glucagon-Like Peptide-1) release in the gut. GLP-1 is a natural hormone your body releases in the gut after you eat and signals to your brain that you are full, while supporting digestive health.

Stop Cravings

Contains Chromium Picolinate to stabilize blood sugar levels, which helps minimize cravings and assist with portion control.

Stabilizes BloodSugar Levels

Highlighted by 5-HTP and Saffron, this complex increases serotonin, the neurotransmitter linked to satiety and mood. They help reduce emotional, stress-related, and boredom-related eating. This complex also helps to feel satisfied with smaller portions and reduces craving spikes.
