I still have mixed feelings as too early to decide. I love the flavor by itself. Mixes a little better than other products although still settles some having to vigorously shake several more times. It seems to give me a sense that blood sugar drops but will give it couple months monitoring and reassess whether achieve benefits.

It’s an ok taste. I have to mix it with other supplements because alone I don’t like it. I’ve been taking another chlorophyl for years and like that taste more. Also, packets would be nice! Not a great traveling buddy.
